shape. Round/spherical shape has the advantages of preventing the common
issue of channeling in the water filtration process. The round shape
preserves the reaction contact area to increase the life-span of
activated carbon over time and increase the effectiveness of activated
carbon. It have very minute amount of ash (0.5% ash is typical) to
eliminate/reduce backwashing time. It has stable pH range of 6 - 7 to
prevent pH shock. Main applications are for potable water filtration,
aquarium water filtration and other chemical filtration application.
